Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Talent Development Lead to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs across multiple formats. You will collaborate with SMEs, managers, and stakeholders to identify needs and implement innovative solutions that align with business goals.

The role involves launching performance reviews, conducting talent reviews, and driving learning analytics to measure program impact.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in training delivery, design, and development.
• Certification in training delivery preferred; some leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience with learning management systems and adult learning theories is required.
• Crucial Conversations or EQ certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable training programs across formats (classroom, virtual, on-the-job).
• Launch and manage Performance and Employee Engagement processes using HCM systems.
• Analyze training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders.
