Job summary

Juniper Square is redesigning its Lead-to-Cash process, seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to own the commercial model, CPQ configuration, and data requirements across Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, and NetSuite. This hands-on role focuses on modeling complex fee structures, ensuring ASC 606 compliance, and delivering auditable, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a business systems analyst, solution architect, or functional consultant, including lead-to-cash focus.
• Experience across lead-to-cash stages: lead management, forecasting, CPQ, contract/billing, revenue.
• Ability to model asset-based, usage-based, or other non-seat fee structures to billing determinants.
• Deep experience designing product catalogs and pricing in CPQ (Salesforce CPQ or similar).
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and ERP data models (Zone Billing, NetSuite).
• SQL fluency for profiling and reconciling data across systems.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and CPQ configuration; release management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process from demand capture to revenue recognition.
• Define requirements for lead-to-account matching and opportunity creation in Salesforce.
• Design expansion opportunities, customer hierarchy, and forecast methods for fund administration accounts.
• Create a commercial model and CPQ configuration: catalog, pricing, billing determinants, lifecycle events.
• Build changes in Salesforce CPQ and related systems; validate in sandbox; hand off complex work to engineers.
• Define data exchange between CPQ and contract tools (Ironclad) and ensure ASC 606 alignment.
