Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to redesign the Lead-to-Cash process across marketing, sales, and billing. You’ll own the commercial model, product catalog, and lifecycle data, and implement configurations in Salesforce CPQ and related systems.

This role blends business design with hands-on configuration across Marketo, Gong, and NetSuite. You will partner with the Go-to-Market program manager to ensure seamless data flow, accurate revenue recognition, and scalable

Qualifications

7+ years in business systems analysis or similar roles
Experience with lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, or order-to-cash
Experience modeling CPQ pricing and billing determinants
Strong Salesforce CPQ and ERP integrations knowledge

Responsibilities

Document the Lead-to-Cash process from demand capture to revenue recognition
Define the target process and system hand-offs between stages
Define requirements for lead-to-account matching and opportunity creation in Salesforce
Design expansion opportunities and forecast within Fund Administration
Define how a deal is represented from quote to revenue with customer hierarchy
Configure simple-to-medium changes in Salesforce and CPQ
Prototype solutions in a sandbox and ensure auditable changes
