Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on Technical SEO Leader to own the technical SEO foundation across Optimizely, WordPress, and custom web apps. You will translate search strategy into scalable production solutions, work with SEO and Website Engineering leaders, and advance automation and governance to keep Zoom ahead of search trends, including AI-powered discovery platforms.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technical SEO or related field with leadership impact.
Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS to fix issues in codebase/CMS.
Proven ability to improve Core Web Vitals and performance.
Experience building scalable SEO capabilities, automation, and CI/CD gates across CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical SEO roadmap and execution across Zoom's global web ecosystem.
Translate SEO/AEO requirements into technical designs and production implementations.
Own solutions for crawlability, indexability, sitemaps, canonicalization, redirects, and site architecture.
Build reusable SEO capabilities and centralized metadata services.
Drive Core Web Vitals and performance improvements across pages and apps.
Develop automated tests, monitoring dashboards, and validation scripts for SEO quality gates.
Establish technical SEO standards and governance across CMS platforms.
Partner with stakeholders to translate strategy into scalable solutions.
