Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on Technical SEO lead to own the foundation across Optimizely CMS, WordPress, and custom apps. You will translate search strategy into scalable production solutions, working closely with SEO and Website Engineering leadership to deliver high-impact, automated capabilities that improve discoverability and revenue across Google and AI discovery platforms.

You will drive Core Web Vitals, maintain governance across platforms, and partner with Content, Product, and Marketing

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading technical SEO initiatives across large-scale sites and web apps.
Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS to diagnose and fix SEO issues in codebase/CMS.
Proven experience improving Core Web Vitals and web performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical SEO roadmap and execution across Zoom's global web ecosystem across multiple platforms.
Translate SEO/AEO requirements into technical designs and production implementations.
Own technical solutions for crawlability, indexability, canonicalization, redirects, URL architecture, metadata, structured data, and internal linking.
Build and scale reusable SEO capabilities and automated processes across CMS platforms.
Drive Core Web Vitals and performance improvements across JS rendering, caching, images, and server performance.
Develop automated tests, monitoring, dashboards, and CI/CD gates for SEO quality.
Establish the technical foundation for AI search with structured data and semantic HTML.
