Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on Technical SEO leader to own the engineering foundation across Optimizely CMS, WordPress, and custom web apps. You will translate search strategy into scalable production solutions, partner with SEO and Website Engineering leadership, and drive automation, governance, and performance improvements that boost organic visibility and revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical SEO, web engineering, or a related discipline.
• Deep expertise in crawlability, indexation, rendering, canonicalization, redirects, URL architecture, XML sitemaps, robots directives, structured data, internal linking, hreflang, and JavaScript-based web applications.
• Proven experience improving web performance and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience building scalable SEO capabilities across enterprise CMS platforms like Optimizely and WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap and execution across Zoom's global web ecosystem.
• Translate SEO and AEO requirements into technical designs and production implementations across CMS platforms.
• Own technical solutions for crawlability, indexability, metadata, structured data, and URL architecture.
• Build and scale reusable SEO capabilities and automation.
• Drive Core Web Vitals and web performance improvements.
• Develop automated testing, monitoring, dashboards, and CI/CD quality gates for SEO.
