Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for software engineering roles across backend, frontend, full-stack, mobile, etc.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical recruiters.
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract global software engineering talent.
- Partner with engineering leadership to define role profiles and hiring processes.
- Champion DEI initiatives within recruitment.
- Use data analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Enhance employer branding to attract top engineering talent.
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience with clear communication.
