Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a consultative and creative recruiter to grow and scale our Frontend, Backend, Fullstack Engineering, Staff and Engineering Manager teams across AMER.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver best-in-class candidate experience. This role offers a hybrid/remote setup with high-impact collaboration across stakeholders, and a focus on diverse pipelines and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred).
• Use AI and real-time data to speed up hiring, spot key trends, and give candidates and hiring managers a better experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor.
• High agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on autonomy and responsibility.
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelines.
• An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends to improve processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting and hiring strategy.
• Drive hiring across AMER for multiple engineering roles.
• Build healthy candidate pipelines via branding, events, and referrals.
• Provide timely reporting of hiring metrics to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to hit headcount goals.
