Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a consultative recruiter to grow Frontend, Backend and Fullstack Engineering teams across AMER. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategy, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience in a collaborative environment.

The role requires building pipelines, partnering with stakeholders, and iterating processes to raise impact. Hybrid work options and equity are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
• Use AI and real-time data to speed hiring and spot trends.
• Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving organization.
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiting analytics to report hiring progress to the business.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with compensation, HR, finance and others to scale hiring.
• Generate a healthy pipeline by driving branding, events, and employee referrals.
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes.
