Job summary

Qualifications

• Active US Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology or related field with 9+ years of experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience translating customer needs into system requirements and conducting TDLS testing.
• Hands-on experience integrating Link 22 hardware/software for airborne/ground applications.
• Experience with NILE Link 22 standards and NATO testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Link 22 subject matter expert across design, integration, and testing activities.
• Architect and design Link 22 data flows in multi-node networks and manage configurations.
• Develop, maintain and export Link 22 configurations for multiple programs and environments.
• Plan interoperability testing and participate in multi-national events.
• Prepare presentations of Link 22 architecture for non-technical stakeholders.
