Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead, Systems Engineering Link 22 to support requirements, design, and integration of Link 22 platforms across airborne and maritime systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on architecture development, system design, configuration, and training expertise with a focus on secure, interoperable data links in a multi-national environment. Travel will vary with program phase.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Systems Engineering requirements development and traceability.
• Experience creating tactical datalink scenarios for software development.
• Ability to translate customer needs into system requirements.
• Proven problem solving in complex technical environments.
• Experience with Link 22 hardware/software configurations.
• Security+ is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Link 22 SME for architecture, configuration, and data flow.
• Integrate Link 22 systems with airborne and maritime platforms.
• Design and test Link 22 data flows across multi-node networks.
• Develop exportable Link 22 configurations for programs.
• Ensure interoperability with other tactical data links.
• Plan interoperability testing and present complex tech to stakeholders.
