GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an Aero Lead Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to drive supplier quality for aero gas turbine components.

You will lead supplier approval, qualification, audits, and continuous improvement activities to ensure compliance with GE Vernova QMS and industry standards. You will collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Field teams to qualify suppliers, monitor performance via scorecards, and lead corrective actions to meet CTQ requirements and regulatory

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Experience with audits (holistic, quality system, process, and/or product).
• Strong ability to manage and develop vendors/suppliers.
• Excellent technical, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sourcing and Engineering to qualify, approve, and develop suppliers in alignment with strategy.
• Define and execute product and process qualifications for serial production.
• Validate FAI and ongoing product verification; monitor process capability and drive corrective actions.
• Lead containment, rework and recovery actions at supplier facilities and ensure proper closure.
