GE Aerospace seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive quality for assigned suppliers, implement quality plans, and own supplier audits. You will qualify suppliers, monitor performance with scorecards, and guide development toward industry standards of excellence. Roles include QA and supplier development, with cross‑functional collaboration.

Travel up to 50% in early months, then 25–50%. A 3+ years background in quality and supplier management is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 4+ years in quality or supplier quality.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience.

Responsabilidades

• Includes Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development with supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Own supplier audits, ensure compliance, and drive improvement plans where needed.
• Leverage supplier scorecards and develop improvements with assigned suppliers.
• Collaborate across functions and understand how area integrates with others.
• Lead small projects, communicate clearly, and guide teams toward consensus.
