GE Aerospace seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality and development, oversee audits, scorecards and improvement plans, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will manage qualifications, action plans, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role requires 3+ years in quality, manufacturing or supplier quality, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 50% early on.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 4 years quality/supplier experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in initial 6–12 months.

Responsabilités

• Lead supplier QA and development, including qualifications, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Own supplier results and drive improvements via scorecards and action plans.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to align practices and policy.
• Mentor colleagues and manage small projects with defined parameters.
