Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualifications, audits, action plans, and performance monitoring.
• Drive improvements using supplier scorecards and corrective action plans.
• Engage with engineering drawings and vendor management to ensure conformance.
• May lead small projects with low risk and mentor junior SQEs.
• Prioritize data analysis to support supplier quality decisions.
