Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; 4+ years in quality/supplier quality if no degree.
• Minimum 3 years of quality/manufacturing/supplier quality experience.
• Travel up to 50% in first 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• QA and SQD responsibilities with supplier qualifications, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Lead small projects with low risk and resource needs.
• Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues and resolve issues.
• Prioritize data analysis and use internal/external sources to drive decisions.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Attempt to consolidate and communicate performance expectations with vendors.
