The role supports Commercial and Personal/Business Banking Digital Platforms, requiring technical leadership, software development, and rapid delivery in a remote environment across the United States.

You will design, implement, and maintain secure software, oversee distributed teams, and ensure quality via testing and CI/CD.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years in software development, or high school/GED with 8+ years experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable, secure solutions for CIAM and Fraud projects.
• Lead maintenance of IaaS, SaaS, and on-prem apps to keep systems stable and aligned with business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues including code defects and data integrity problems.
• Provide technical guidance and decisive architecture options.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
