The role emphasizes REST APIs, identity management with OKTA, microservices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and scripting is expected, with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance.
• Or High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance.
• Experience implementing REST APIs for application integration.
• Experience with identity and access management solutions, specifically OKTA, for SSO and SAML authentication.

Responsibilities

• Lead team efforts to evaluate and improve department systems, processes, and applications.
• Provide technical support to production systems by addressing complex issues and ensuring functionality for end user needs.
• Mentor associates and act as a technical resource for management and business units.
• Collect data related to user requests and determine scope, time estimates, and system impacts.
• Provide 24/7 on-call rotations.
