Job summary

The Toro Company, based in Bloomington, MN, is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business stakeholders for SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. This senior role leads design, testing, implementation, and support of complex applications, mentoring teammates and guiding projects from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Advanced SAP Sales and Distribution experience including Order-to-Cash and related processes.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or other business processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical designs, and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex SAP SD and OT-C applications.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable system deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across integrated solutions and document results, defects, and approvals.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and identify process improvements.
