Job summary
The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge Information Technology and business stakeholders. You will lead the analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of complex SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions.
The role provides functional and technical leadership, mentors team members, and drives project initiatives from concept through implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Eight+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced SAP Sales and Distribution experience, including Order-to-Cash.
- Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
Responsibilities
- Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions.
- Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into system deliverables.
- Mentors team members and provides work direction, ensures test plans and documentation are complete.
- Supports and analyzes production issues, coordinates corrective actions, and suggests process improvements.
