The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions across the enterprise. You will translate business needs into technical designs, lead testing, and mentor teammates while partnering with IT and business stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in IT or business analysis, strong SAP experience, and a proven ability to deliver complex, integrated system solutions in a manufacturing or distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment

Responsabilités

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate them into deliverables.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert for SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes and related integrations.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including planning and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves processes to maintain data integrity and system controls.
• Coordinates end-to-end testing across integrated solutions and documents results and approvals.
• Provides production support and mentors team members.
