Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge Information Technology and business stakeholders. You will own SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions, guiding analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support across complex systems.

You will lead projects, mentor team members, and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, with emphasis on SAP SD, pricing, EDI, and third-party integrations while maintaining data

Qualifications

Advanced SAP Sales and Distribution experience
Order-to-Cash processes expertise
Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse or related processes
Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in manufacturing/distribution
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and test plans
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex assignments
Senior advisor to business and IT management

Responsibilities

Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex SAP systems and integrated technology solutions.
Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate objectives into system deliverables.
Acts as subject-matter expert for SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, EDI, and third-party integrations.
Leads projects from concept through implementation, defining scope and coordinating actions.
Develops and improves methods, controls, and processes to ensure data integrity.
Plans end-to-end testing across integrated solutions and documents results.
