The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash initiatives from our Bloomington, MN location. This senior role partners with business and IT teams to deliver effective system solutions and provide leadership across projects and teams.

You will translate business needs into functional specs, lead testing, and mentor colleagues while ensuring data integrity and strong stakeholder communication. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders for SAP SD and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD/OTC solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders and IT teams to translate objectives into system deliverables.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for SAP SD, OTC, pricing, EDI, and third-party integrations.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation with planning, coordination, and knowledge transfer.
• Develop and optimize methods, controls, and processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across integrated solutions and document results.
