First Advantage is seeking a Lead Salesforce Administrator who can map our current Salesforce setup to business objectives, drive improvements, and govern changes across the platform while engaging stakeholders at all levels.

You will translate technical options for non‑technical audiences, own the platform roadmap, manage data quality, training, and documentation, and oversee DevOps, releases, and third‑party integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
• 10–11 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration and deployment across major Clouds.
• Experience with Apttus CPQ/CLM configurations and troubleshooting.
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I (preferred).
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, triggers and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Manage user and license provisioning, roles, profiles and sharing settings.
• Implement Salesforce configuration changes across flows, layouts, fields, apps, and reports.
• Oversee DevOps and release management, sandbox governance, and data quality initiatives.
• Create platform roadmaps, prioritize with stakeholders, and communicate changes to users.
• Provide user support, drive adoption, and develop technical documentation.
• Manage integrated apps and third‑party vendors.
