Job summary

AFL seeks an experienced Salesforce.com Application Manager to lead enterprise CRM across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service, reporting to the Director, Enterprise Business Applications.

You will partner with business stakeholders and IT to design, deliver, and optimize Salesforce solutions, and manage a team of Administrators, Analysts, Architects and Developers to drive adoption and measurable business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
10+ years of Salesforce or CRM application experience.
2–5 years of Sales Operations experience.
5+ years of leadership and team management experience.
Experience implementing and maintaining Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service; Revenue Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define CRM strategy, roadmap, and alignment with enterprise priorities.
Manage intake, backlog, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements.
Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering and solution design with stakeholders.
Lead implementation activities through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to support delivery and operational excellence.
Ensure quality through testing, UAT, and release; drive user adoption through training and change management.
Act as trusted advisor for Salesforce capabilities and delivery to business leadership.
