The Lead Information Security Engineer balances deep technical work with leadership, mentoring engineers, and steering strategic security initiatives with stakeholders across technology, product, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on pen testing or offensive security; 7+ years in information security.
• Certifications such as GPEN, GWAPT, GMOB, OSCP, OSWE or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex tests and adversarial exercises.

Responsibilities

• Lead penetration testing, adversarial emulation, and threat-based security assessments.
• Plan, execute, and report complex security assessments across infra, apps, cloud, and identities.
• Direct ACE engagements, coordinate stakeholders, manage risk, deliver remediation.
• Provide technical leadership across concurrent initiatives while hands-on testing.
• Define testing strategies, review findings, and guide remediation to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with incident response, engineering, product, and business teams.
• Drive automation, tooling, and AI/ML-enabled security capabilities.
• Communicate risks to executives and promote security-focused culture.
