Everise is seeking a Lead - Recruiter to manage the full life cycle of recruitment in the United States. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers, partnering with hiring managers to understand open roles and timelines.

You will leverage Workday, job boards and social media to attract talent, oversee candidate activity, coordinate interviews, background checks and onboarding, and help Everise remain an employer of choice.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 1–3 years high-volume recruitment experience.
• Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Schedule flexibility.
• Ability to function in a fast paced environment.
• Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance.
• Proficiency with Windows programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates through Workday, job boards, social media and community networks.
• Screen, interview and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand open positions and timelines.
• Manage candidate activity in Workday and coordinate interviews, background checks and onboarding.
• Oversee internal/external communication and the hiring process.
• Attract quality candidates through career fairs and events.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment regulations.
