Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead Product Operations Manager (Data) to elevate how product work is executed with data-driven operations across the organization. This role focuses on identifying friction in the product lifecycle and streamlining workflows for clarity and consistency.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate metrics into actionable decisions, align stakeholders, and drive cross-functional operational improvements in a remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in product operations, business operations, or program management.
• Proven success in supporting complex cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis expertise.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project methodologies and financial principles.
• Analytical skills to determine KPIs and collaborate with data analysts.
