Job summary

You will lead ML model launches, AI-powered features, experimentation, and scalable processes, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Analytics and GTM to turn strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.

• 6–10 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or a closely related field.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve impediments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse cross-functional audiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Experience with data analytics and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address friction points across the product lifecycle.
• Lead operational initiatives for ML model launches and AI-powered features across squads.
• Improve processes and operational hygiene across cross-functional teams.
• Support tooling and practices for A/B experimentation.
• Build relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, Analytics and go-to-market.
• Monitor KPIs and OKRs, providing data-driven performance insights.
• Collaborate with Finance and Data Analytics to align critical metrics.
• Translate performance trends into actionable recommendations for teams.
• Oversee product technology tools, roadmapping, and team workflows.
• Contribute to quarterly planning and scalable operating practices.
