Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Lead Product Operations Manager (Data) in the United States. You will drive operational excellence for a data-focused product squad, leading ML model launches, AI-powered capabilities, experimentation, and scalable processes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Analytics, and GTM teams to turn strategy into execution, establish KPIs, dashboards, and data hygiene.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in product operations or closely related fields.
• Successful track record supporting large, cross-functional orgs in Product Operations or PM.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives through to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business objectives into operational priorities.
• Familiarity with different project/delivery methodologies.
• Growing familiarity with financial principles in product delivery.
• Experience partnering with data analysts to develop performance dashboards.
• Strong data acumen and commitment to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Identify friction points across the product lifecycle and address them.
• Lead operational initiatives for ML model launches and AI-powered features.
• Improve processes, workflows, and operational hygiene across cross-functional squads.
• Support tooling and practices for A/B experimentation.
• Build relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, Analytics.
• Engage stakeholders at the right stages with clear ownership and timelines.
• Monitor KPIs/OKRs and provide data-driven insights for decisions.
• Help establish meaningful KPIs and ensure accurate dashboards and reporting.
• Maintain data quality and reliable processes across product workflows.
• Coordinate with Finance and Data Analytics to align on metrics.
