Job summary

LI.FI is seeking a senior Data leader to guide the Data team, shape analytics strategy, and collaborate with the CTO. You will balance hands-on analytics with product thinking, lead planning ceremonies, and mentor data engineers.

You will partner with Product Managers, embed tracking in PRDs, and ensure datasets meet quality standards while driving data-driven revenue and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work with leadership experience.
• Expert SQL to pull, validate, and challenge data independently.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools like Omni or Superset.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data team's priorities, intake, and planning ceremonies.
• Perform hands-on analytics, deep dives, dashboards, and business cases.
• Embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs with Product Managers.
• Translate stakeholder questions into specs, metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Quality gate for analyses, dashboards, and datasets.
• Coach the Data team and align roadmap with the Data Tech Lead.
