Job summary

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Provider Direct Connect capabilities.
• Champion backlog refinement and prioritization practices that align investments to customer value and technical scalability.
• Develop scalable and standardized integration solutions supporting enterprise growth and provider engagement.
• Partner with provider organizations and internal stakeholders to identify business needs and pain points.
• Build strong relationships with providers, vendors, and cross-functional partners to drive product outcomes.
• Drive incident resolution coordination to minimize disruption and maintain provider relationships.
• Collaborate with technology, architecture, and operations to define integration standards and long-term platform capabilities.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and prioritized investments.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution.
• Support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing provider satisfaction with implementation and customer success teams.
• Establish success metrics and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
• Communicate roadmap priorities, outcomes, risks, and value to senior leadership.
