Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the expansion of the enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning capability across new business channels and customer touchpoints.

You will serve as the product liaison between channel organizations and NBA platform teams, translating channel requirements into scalable capabilities while driving consistency, reuse, and readiness across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Ownership, or related discipline across business and technical teams.
• Experience leading discovery efforts and translating requirements into product capabilities.
• Experience onboarding new channels to enterprise technology platforms.
• Ability to translate workflows and objectives into technical and business requirements.
