Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the expansion of the NBA decisioning capability across enterprise channels. You will serve as the primary product liaison between channel organizations and NBA platform teams to translate requirements into scalable capabilities and ensure consistency across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or related discipline across business and technical teams.
• Experience leading product discovery and translating complex requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and plans.
• Experience onboarding new channels or operating groups to enterprise platforms.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand workflows and desired outcomes.
• Ability to define requirements for integrations, workflows, and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery for channels considered for adoption of the NBA platform.
• Collaborate with channel leaders to understand workflows and objectives.
• Translate needs into business, functional, and technical requirements for NBA integration.
• Define channel-specific requirements for delivery, presentation, interaction and metrics.
• Coordinate with architecture, data, and product teams to plan integrations and platform capabilities.
• Identify gaps and work with NBA PMs on enhancements for current and future needs.
• Align stakeholders on priorities and ensure channel requirements are understood and implemented.
• Develop onboarding plans, readiness criteria, dependencies, and risk management.
