Job summary

National Credit Center seeks a Lead Product Manager to own Compliance Audit, an AI-powered platform that maps data across 100+ forms and enforces FTC disclosures. You’ll influence strategy across a 3,079 dealer rooftops within NCC's Credit, Compliance & Fraud pillar and drive compliant, efficient deal workflows.

Ideal candidate has 5–8 years in product management for compliant lending or automation, with AI-native product experience and strong regulatory acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of product management experience in compliance automation or regulated lending.
• Hands-on experience with FTC Used Car Rule and fair-lending requirements.
• Experience building AI-native products where AI is core value.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for Compliance Audit and integration into deal workflow.
• Define success metrics for audit turnaround time and rule coverage.
• Write clear specs and acceptance criteria for the engineering pod.
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance to translate guidance into requirements.
• Partner with Data Science on ML and document-recognition models.
• Ensure launch readiness with compliance sign-off and training.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align platform-wide compliance logic.
