Job summary

National Credit Center is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own Compliance Audit, an AI-powered platform that reviews a complete retail deal jacket in seconds, replacing manual checks and speeding up processes.

You will lead strategy, collaborate with Legal and Compliance, and partner with Data Science to advance AI models, documentation, and dealer-facing training while managing cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of product management experience in compliance automation or regulated lending.
• Hands-on experience with the FTC Used Car Rule, fair lending, and disclosure requirements.
• Experience building AI-native products where AI is the core value proposition.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, dashboards, and product analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate regulatory requirements into clear, testable product specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Compliance Audit roadmap and integration into the deal workflow.
• Collaborate with Legal to translate FTC, fair lending, and disclosure guidance into product requirements.
• Define success metrics for turnaround time, rule coverage, and compliance exception rate.
• Lead audit releases with compliance sign-off and create launch documentation.
