Job summary

National Credit Center (NCC) is building the next generation of credit, compliance, and fraud capabilities for automotive retail and is seeking an innovative product manager to lead our effort. This role sits at the center of that transformation.

You’ll own the credit, compliance, and fraud product roadmap, drive AI-enabled insights, and collaborate with engineering and GTM teams. On-site dealer collaboration and end-to-end lifecycle ownership are key.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in product management of credit, compliance, fraud, or related data products.
• Experience building or managing decisioning platforms, risk-driven solutions, or similar products.
• Experience working with consumer credit, fraud, identity, or risk data sets.
• Automotive retail experience with dealerships, understanding day-to-day dealer operations.
• Understanding of lender environment and credit shaping dealer operations, from desking to funding.
• Proven ability to take products from concept to launch and scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear, forward-looking product roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Identify new product opportunities through customer discovery, market analysis, and data insights.
• Maintain ongoing view of competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging offerings.
• Meet with dealers regularly, including on-site at dealerships, to understand workflows and validate concepts.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation → validation → build → launch → iteration.
• Use AI throughout the product process to unlock new value for dealers and lenders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to build scalable, high-impact data products.
• Work with sales to ensure product-market fit and commercialization.
• Define and drive pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.
• Continuously evaluate performance and refine the roadmap based on adoption and revenue impact.
