Job summary

NCC seeks a Lead Product Manager to own Compliance Audit, an AI-powered platform that reviews a complete retail deal jacket quickly, replacing manual steps and boosting throughput. It maps data across 100+ form types and tests deals against 200+ compliance rules to enforce FTC disclosures.

You will lead the roadmap, collaborate with Legal and Compliance on FTC and fair-lending guidance, and measure success by audit speed, coverage, and readiness for releases.

Qualifications

5–8 years of product management experience in compliance automation or regulated lending.
Hands-on experience with FTC Used Car Rule, fair lending, and disclosures.
Experience building AI-native products where AI is core value.
Strong analytical skills with SQL, dashboards, and product analytics.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for Compliance Audit and its integration into the deal workflow.
Define success metrics for audit turnaround, rule coverage, and exceptions.
Partner with Legal/Compliance to translate FTC guidance into product requirements.
Ensure audit-readiness and complete documentation for releases.
