Job summary

NCC is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own Compliance Audit, an AI-powered automated platform reviewing a full retail deal jacket in seconds. You will map data across 100+ form types, enforce FTC disclosures, and reduce processing time while ensuring audit-readiness across the workflow.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Legal, Compliance, Data Science, and engineering to deliver outcomes that minimize regulatory risk and accelerate approvals for dealer financing.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience in compliance automation or regulated lending.
• Hands-on experience with FTC Used Car Rule, fair lending, and disclosure requirements.
• Experience building AI-native products where AI is core value, not bolt-on.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, dashboards and product analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate regulatory requirements into clear specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Compliance Audit roadmap and integration into the deal workflow.
• Define success metrics for turnaround time, rule coverage, and compliance exceptions.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on FTC guidance and disclosures.
• Partner with Data Science on ML models for data extraction and mapping.
