Job summary

National Credit Center is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the Compliance Audit platform, an AI-powered automated auditing system that maps data from 100+ form types and enforces FTC disclosures. You will drive the roadmap across the 3,079 dealer rooftops within NCC's Credit, Compliance & Fraud pillar, balancing regulatory nuance with rapid product delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product management, focusing on compliance automation or regulated lending.
• Hands-on with FTC Used Car Rule, fair lending, and disclosure requirements.
• Experience building AI-native products where AI is the core value.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with SQL and product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Compliance Audit roadmap, including the document-upload path and integration into deal workflows.
• Define success metrics for audit turnaround, rule coverage, and compliance exceptions.
• Lead dealer interviews and write clear specs for the engineering pod.
• Collaborate with Data Science to advance ML and document-recognition models.
