Job summary

NCC is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own Compliance Audit, an AI-powered auditing platform that reviews a complete retail deal jacket in seconds and reduces processing time by a large margin.

You will steer the roadmap, collaborate with Legal/Compliance on FTC guidance, and define metrics for turnaround time and rule coverage while ensuring audit-readiness for each release. This is a high-impact role within NCC's Credit, Compliance & Fraud pillar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of product management experience in compliance automation or regulated lending products.
• Hands-on experience with FTC Used Car Rule, fair lending, and disclosure requirements.
• Experience building AI-native products where AI is the core value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Compliance Audit and its integration into the deal workflow.
• Translate new FTC guidance into product requirements and ensure audit readiness.
• Define success metrics: audit turnaround time, rule coverage, and compliance exception rate.
• Partner with Legal/Compliance to align on regulatory disclosures and approvals.
