Job summary

NCC/ProMax, a leader in automotive software, seeks a Lead Product Manager to own Compliance Audit, an AI-driven platform that analyzes a complete deal jacket in seconds and enforces FTC disclosures. You’ll shape strategy across 3,079 dealer rooftops within the Credit, Compliance & Fraud pillar, balancing regulatory nuance with rapid delivery.

You’ll partner with Legal, Compliance, Data Science, and product teams to expand rule coverage, drive adoption, and ensure audit-readiness while protecting

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience in compliance automation or regulated lending.
• Hands-on FTC Used Car Rule, fair lending, and disclosure compliance knowledge.
• Experience building AI-native products where AI is the core value proposition.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate regulatory requirements into clear specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Compliance Audit roadmap and integration into the broader deal workflow.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to evaluate FTC, fair-lending guidance and translate into requirements.
• Define success metrics for audit turnaround time, rule coverage, and compliance exception rate.
• Own compliance sign-off and audit-readiness for every Compliance Audit release.
• Write clear specs and acceptance criteria for engineering pods; collaborate with Data Science on ML models.
• Launch readiness including documentation and dealer-facing training.
