Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking an Integrated Planning CoE Manager - Global to lead our cross-border planning transformation. You will drive demand and supply planning improvements, standardize processes, and align regional needs with global standards using o9 and related tools.

You will work with product and business stakeholders to define requirements, enable technology changes, and develop training that elevates planning capability across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS planning certifications desired.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/IBP.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and work across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated planning process improvement by mapping and maintaining demand and supply planning processes.
• Partner with regional teams to translate business needs into consistent process standards and operating rhythms.
• Support continuous improvement of forecast accuracy, supply plan stability, inventory health, and service performance.
• Serve as a business process SME for demand, supply, and inventory planning workflows in o9 and related tools.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and enable technology adoption.
• Develop SOPs, RACI charts, process maps, and planning calendars for consistent execution.
• Create training materials and facilitate capability-building sessions for planning teams.
• Support governance by preparing materials, recording decisions, and tracking actions.
