Job summary

Deckers Brands, managing UGG Footwear, seeks a Lead Analyst, Operations to design and implement operational frameworks and advanced analytics for global product development. You’ll own cross-functional processes, build KPI systems, and deliver scalable solutions to improve speed to market and execution visibility.

You’ll influence prioritization, resource allocation, and cost management with data-driven insights, while ensuring governance of PLM data and coordinating with Product Development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7+ years in product development, operations, or analytics.
• Experience in footwear or consumer product lifecycle preferred.
• Advanced analytical capability with Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with PLM systems (FPLM preferred).
• Strong process design, project management, and optimization skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage KPI frameworks for workload, throughput, handoffs, and speed to market.
• Develop capacity models to align seasonal demand with organizational capability.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for prioritization and resource allocation.
• Own and evolve GTM calendar governance across Product Development, Materials, and Engineering.
• Drive on-time milestone execution through risk identification and scenario planning.
• Develop and implement visibility tools for real-time tracking of execution health and performance.
• Define, standardize, and optimize cross-functional workflows across Product Development, Engineering, and Materials.
• Ensure governance of FPLM data for reliable reporting and decision-making.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Evaluate tooling investments against budget targets for cost efficiency.
