Job summary

Nike, Inc. is seeking a Lead Process Analyst in Beaverton, OR to drive data-driven decision making across the supply chain.

You will extract, transform, and model data, build dashboards, and generate regular datasets for end users using SQL, data warehouses, and reporting tools. You will forecast demand with predictive and prescriptive analytics, develop new algorithms, and advise on tradeoffs between speed and accuracy of solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years progressive experience in analytics or related field.
• Experience with SAP, Manhattan WMS, JIRA, Splunk, and Cognos.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies and using ALM tools.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Integration.
• Strong data integration and dashboard development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Extract meaning from data using specialized systems to transform, organize, and model data for reports.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain data generators, report formats, and end-user portals.
• Forecast consumer demand using predictive and prescriptive analytics and econometric methods.
• Propose and implement solutions to optimize supply chain investments and performance.
• Communicate findings to partners, mentor teammates, and drive analytic adoption.
