Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. seeks a Lead Physician to lead our Virtual Health Assessment team. You will supervise APPs and physicians delivering telemedicine care, shaping clinical guidelines and quality across a remote, multi-state practice.

This full-time role requires Florida licensure, residency in Internal/Family/Med-Peds, ABMS board certification, and 5+ years of primary care experience. Competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with residency in Internal/Family/Med-Peds.
• ABMS board certification or equivalent.
• Experience supervising NP/PA teams in telemedicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct high quality care via telemedicine within a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care remotely.
• Act as clinical escalation point for the care delivery team.
• Assist development of clinical guidelines and care model improvements.
• Conduct quality assurance audits and ensure patient safety.
