Oscar Health, Inc. is hiring a Lead Physician to lead a Virtual Health Assessment team delivering telemedicine care to members. You will supervise APPs, guide clinical practice, and work with RN and MA colleagues in a remote, multidisciplinary setting.

This full-time role requires Florida licensure with multiple state qualifications, Internal Medicine/Family Medicine/Medicine-Pediatrics training, and board certification. Travel for team meetings may be needed.

Formación

• Must have full practice licensure in good standing in Florida plus at least three of the listed states.
• Completion of medical residency program in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics.
• MD or DO from an ACGME accredited medical school.
• ABMS Board Certification corresponding to completed residency program.
• 5+ years of primary care or urgent care experience.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in GA, TX, FL or IMLCC.
• Experience in supervision of NP and PA colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct high quality, safe patient care via telemedicine with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide supervision to APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care in a virtual environment.
• Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed.
• Support development of clinical guidelines and participate in projects with Operations and Product teams.
• Conduct quality assurance audits and ensure patient safety.
• Be accountable for quality of care and superior member experience.
• Conduct service recovery for Oscar patients and support team growth.
• Adapt to other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
