Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires Florida Pharmacy Technician License and High School diploma or GED.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and guiding pharmacy staff.
- Familiarity with pharmacy workflows and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as frontline leader guiding pharmacy technicians and overseeing daily operations.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
- Monitor productivity, workflow, and quality metrics to meet goals and ensure compliance.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback and escalate issues as needed.
- Support staffing, scheduling, PTO management, and coverage planning.
