Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Lead Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescriptions and patient care in a retail setting. This role partners with Pharmacists to ensure efficient operations, adherence to SOPs, and exemplary customer service.

The Lead Technician will mentor staff, coach on workflows, and assist in running daily pharmacy operations across production, pickup, drive-thru, and related services while maintaining compliance and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Compliance with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work 30 hours or greater per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacist-on-duty with daily activities and delegated administrative tasks.
• Oversee inventory activities, including receiving deliveries and participating in cycle counts.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law and training.
• Deliver caring service to patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone, upholding SOPs.
