Qualifications

• 4+ years of related pharmacy technician experience.
• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License.
• Experience leading and mentoring team members.
• Experience in retail, specialty, mail‑order, long‑term care, or similar pharmacy environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy technicians by answering questions and supporting daily operations.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of pharmacy team members.
• Monitor productivity, workflow performance, and quality metrics to achieve goals.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback, escalate significant concerns to leadership.
• Support staffing and scheduling activities, including PTO management.
• Complete operational audits, maintain documentation, and prepare reports on team/workflow performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support continuity of care and resolve issues.
• Monitor prescription processing queues and ensure timely completion of new orders and refills.
• Serve as SME for pharmacy operations, systems, and workflow processes.
